On-site Support
Clear Water Industries offers complete installation support. Clear Water staff will be on site with every Waterloo Biofilter treatment unit delivered. Our staff will be there to answer any questions and to ensure the unit is being installed correctly. We will also meet with the electrician to go over wiring requirements if needed.
Easy Installation
The Waterloo Biofilter treatment unit is delivered pre-packaged with all interior components assembled and risers and covers already in place, there is no on-site assembly of the unit required by the installer, making for a quick and easy install.
Delivery of Unit
System Start-up
Once the system is installed and the electrician has completed all wiring, Clear Water Industries will return to the site to check the function of the system and program the control panel.
For each installation, Clear Water Industries provides:
- Pre-packaged Waterloo Biofilter Unit (includes delivery)
- Pump and filter vault (to be installed in Septic Tank by Clear Water Industries on-site)
- All panels needed for the pumps
- On-site assistance and system start-up
Installer is expected to do the following:
- Provide a three (3) week lead time for delivery of Waterloo Biofilter
- Purchase and install Septic Tank
- Excavate and set Waterloo Biofilter tank
- Connect exterior pipe work to and from Waterloo Biofilter
- Provide electrician to wire pumps and floats to panels
- Install disposal soil absorption system
