What do I do if my pump alarm goes off?
If you have an alarm sound on your septic system, silence the alarm by pressing the silence button on the control panel and contact us immediately. You will need to have a Wastewater Operator check out your septic system to see what the alarm went off. We can continue to use your system normally for 24 to 48 hours after an alarm event before you may experience a problem within the residence.
